PURCHASE RULES IN THE GIVELA.LT E-SHOP

1. General provisions.

These rules for the purchase and sale of goods (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) are a legal document binding on the Parties, which establishes the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the Buyer and the Seller when the Buyer purchases goods in the electronic store (hereinafter referred to as the “e-store”).

Givela.lt has the right to change, amend or supplement the Rules at any time, taking into account the requirements established by law. The change in the Rules is valid only for those orders for goods that were placed after the change in the Rules.

Minors from fourteen to eighteen years of age can buy from the Givela.lt e-store only with the consent of their parents or guardians, except for cases when they independently dispose of their income; legal entities and those authorized by the specified persons in the manner of representatives.

Each contract concluded between the Buyer and the Seller is stored in the Givela.lt database.

2. Personal data security guarantee.

The data of the Buyers and visitors of the online store are protected from loss, unauthorized use, alteration and from third parties. The online store has an SSL certificate installed, ensuring data security.

The Buyer's personal data is not provided to third parties, except for partners whose services are used to fulfill orders (courier services, leasing companies) and in cases provided for by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

The Buyer may contact the Seller and receive information about the personal data being processed; request correction (incorrect or incompletely specified) or removal of their personal data; object to the processing of the Buyer's personal data for direct marketing purposes.

3. Buyer's rights and obligations.

The Buyer has the right to purchase goods in the "Givela.lt" online store in accordance with the procedure established by these Rules and the online store.

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract of sale of goods with the Seller by notifying the Seller in writing (by e-mail, indicating the desired return of the goods and its order number) within 14 business days from the date of delivery of the goods.

The Buyer may exercise this right only if the goods have not been damaged or have not substantially changed their appearance, and have not been used. The Buyer's right is implemented in accordance with the "Retail Trade Rules" approved by Resolution No. 697 of 11 June 2001 (as amended by Resolution No. 738 of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania of 22 July 2014).

4. Rights and obligations of the Seller.

The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods ordered by the Buyer to the address specified by him, under the conditions and delivery terms provided for in these Rules.

The Seller, in the event of important circumstances, not being able to provide the Buyer with the ordered goods, undertakes to offer the Buyer an analogous goods, and if the Buyer refuses to accept the analogous goods, to return the money paid by the Buyer (if the goods were paid for) within 30 business days.

The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods ordered by the Buyer to the address specified by the Buyer.

The Seller undertakes to respect the Buyer's right to privacy to the Buyer's personal information specified in the e-store registration form.

5. Ordering goods, prices, payment procedure, terms.

The prices of goods in the e-store and in the formed order are indicated in euros, including VAT.

The Buyer pays for the goods via electronic banking, by bank transfer to the Givela.lt bank account, which you receive at the time of ordering.

The Buyer undertakes to pay for the goods immediately. Only after receiving payment for the goods, the formation of the goods parcel begins and the calculation of the delivery term for the goods begins.

6. Delivery of goods.

The Buyer, having selected the goods delivery service during the order, undertakes to indicate the exact place of delivery of the goods.

The Buyer undertakes to accept the goods in person. If he cannot accept the goods himself, and the goods are delivered to the specified address, based on other data provided by the Buyer, the Buyer does not have the right to make claims for the delivery of the goods to an inappropriate entity.

During delivery, the Buyer must check the condition of the shipment, the quantity, quality and assortment of the goods together with the Seller or his authorized representative. After the Buyer signs the invoice (waybill) or other document of transfer and acceptance of the shipment, it is considered that the shipment has been transferred in proper condition.

In the event that the Buyer, based on these Rules, cancels the purchase and sale agreement, he undertakes to pay all direct costs of returning the goods to the Seller. The amount of these Seller's expenses shall be deducted from the money paid for the goods to be refunded to the Buyer.

7. Return and exchange of goods

Return and exchange of goods shall be carried out in accordance with the “Retail Trade Rules” approved by the Government of the Republic of Lithuania of 11 June 2001 No. 697 (as amended by the Government of the Republic of Lithuania of 22 July 2014 No. 738).
